eZine Project Requirements
Module 3 - On Assignment Group Project
(eZine student page / eZine teacher page)

Task

Your job is to create an eZine on the topic of your choice. You must have a minimum of two articles for each group member.

You design the entire web site including:

  • navigation
  • a clear visual theme
  • graphics
  • multiple web pages
  • home page
  • advertisements (including permission to use names of local companies)
  • articles
  • photographs

You may also include:

  • graphic organizers
  • animation
  • role over images
  • video
  • sound

Look at the page on the timeline and deadlines to see what you should do on a daily basis to complete your project.

Group Composition

  • 3-6 people
  • including at least
    • one editor-in-chief
    • one art director
    • one web designer
  • in a larger group you could also have
    • one photographer
    • one videographer
    • one advertising director
Because you are working with the computer, you will need to remember that all members of the team will be doing web design.

Objectives

  • all On Assignment projects have some common objectives
  • eZine has some specific objectives for just this project
  • you must meet the objectives to obtain a good mark on the project
