Introduction
Your teacher has just assigned a research project on the Middle Ages and you are required to choose a topic by tomorrow. As you sit reading through the information about your assignment, your eyes begin to close and you are unable to stay awake. Suddenly, strange music startles you and, as you gaze around, you realize that something very unusual is happening. Everyone is dressed differently. Although you can understand what they are saying it is not the language that you use. Your curiosity causes you to follow a band of people just passing. Attracted by the sound of voices, you enter a town and are led to an open square which seems to be a gathering point for many people. Gazing around you discover that this seems to be some kind of fair. Approaching one of the booths, you find a number of people talking eagerly to the crowds. They seem to be explaining ....
