Once you have decided to take the course there are a number of questions I need to ask you and I need your responses as soon as possible.

1. Have you taken a Native Studies course before? If so what course?

2. Do you live in a First Nations Community? If so, could you describe the location and size. Perhaps you could send a picture.

3. Do you live in an urban center? Which one?

4. What experiences or contacts have you had with the First Nations community?

5. Explain why you decided to take the Native Studies 30 course.

Once you have answered these questions and have communicated with your teacher, you now need to go on to the Introductory Unit.
