The journey is often as significant as the destination.  The process of writing a WebQuest is in many respects a "Quest".   I would like to extend appreciation to the following individuals who assisted me with the development of the "Forbidden City" WebQuest.

Judy Byers, Educational Consultant, Saskatoon Public Board of Education, ... for encouragement, direction, support, and the initial introduction to WebQuests as an instructional strategy.
Dr. Yogi, friend, E.S.L. student, and professor who was in Northern China in 1989 and learned about the Tiananmen Square massacre upon his arrival in Canada several years later ... for inspiration.
Lorraine Friesen ... for proofreading and transportation (saving parking tickets).
Bryce Smith, teacher and webmaster, ...  for critical analysis, encouragement, and feedback.
Lynn Carle, Principal of Lakeridge School, ... for support, transportation, and encouragement.
My Grade Seven class at Lakeridge School ... for consistently striving to take assignments beyond minimum expectation.
William Bell, Canadian author ... for bringing  the history of Tiananmen Square to life.

Thanks to all ... T. Friesen
