Multimedia Capabilities of Computers
There is no doubt that computer technology seems to improve exponentially every year. Keeping your hardware and software up-to-date can be a very expensive hobby. Many improvements in current home computer technology are evident in the "multimedia capable computer stations". Computer technology is increasing in its connectivity to all kinds of digital devices. Current notebooks, video and still cameras, televisions, PDAs and audio players can all hook-up to the home media station computer without the use of wires.
There are a lot more vendors enhancing, applying and bringing computer technology to market. Other areas include advances in telephone and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs). Text messaging, picture phones, video phones and the like were all stuff of science fiction only 40 years ago.
