Building a Model that Represents the Problem

How could the problem be represented in a model? There is more to independent living than just moving out of your parents or guardians living space. A successful solution state would also consider the social aspects involved. Friends, relatives, fellow employees and many others could provide aid in this transition by helping with transportation for example. The connections and links that are made could be reflected in a model. See the Independent Living Model provided.

Computer solutions to problems seldom stand alone. All programs depend on outside resources to a certain extent. For example, the Independent Living Model page was created by the Microsoft Word program and then printed to the Adobe Acrobat program which makes a file which can be accessed by your browser which displays the page on any number of types of computers. Whey Cool, eh! Word could have done the same thing but all browsers may not handle html documents in the same way.
