- excellent source of good, science based info on the suitability
of various energy sources. Also, follow through this site
to Green Learning for teaching resources (Go Green to sign

and teacher resources on renewable energy.

Quest - a California site that connects to MANY lesson
plans. Some are quite dated however. Click on the apple
next to the computer, then on Lesson Plans then on Alliance
to Save Energy then on Lesson Plans again.

bottom of the page. Shows the distances travelled, waste
generated, and energy consumed in the manufacturing of various

investigating the topic with children. An additional section
for school-age children offers quality learning experiences
